Full Build

We cater to all your building requirements so you can sit back while Intalok does it all for you, or get involved by choosing your own favoured plumbers, electricians and other trades people.
At the same time, we are committed to keeping money in your local economy by using local contractors.  So if you need anything fixed in your home, the tradesperson who fitted it will also be close at hand to fix it.

Own Builder

You can still build an Intalok if you have your own certified builder. We simply get one of our expert Intalok builders to explain how our system works and make himself available to answer any questions.  Whether you decide to build with us or with your own builder, be confident in knowing we’ll be right beside you whenever you need us.

Transportable

Our unique building system makes moving an Intalok a breeze. You can build your home in modules if you want to start small and expand as you can afford too. Or you can build a transportable Intalok home offsite if you have the perfect location but need a few years to save for the house of your dreams.
